Plan for up to 135 homes on former hospital site
Exciting news for the area around Royal Derby Hospital! Plans are afoot to transform the former hospital site, which has been serving as a temporary car park, into a new housing development. This could bring up to 135 new homes to our community.
The site has been used as an NHS temporary car park for the nearby Royal Derby Hospital.
